How does the bot relay messages between servers?

The bot uses webhooks to send messages between linked channels. When you send a message in a connected channel, the bot will relay it to all other linked channels using webhooks.

How do I set up my first connection?

1. Invite the bot to your server.

2. Use /connection create to create a new link.

3. Use /connection join in another server to connect to the existing link.

4. Messages will now be relayed between connected channels!

Can I edit or delete messages after they are sent?

Yes! The bot supports message editing and deletion:

• If you edit a message in a linked channel, the bot will update it in all connected servers.

• If you delete a message, the bot will attempt to delete it across all linked servers.

Note: This requires webhooks to be set up properly. If a message doesn't edit or delete, run /connection fix to refresh your connection.

What is Automod and how does it work?

The bot includes an automated moderation system (AutoMod) to help prevent spam, scam links, and harmful content from being relayed across servers. AutoMod can:

My messages aren't relaying! What do I do?

If your messages aren’t sending to other servers, try the following:

1. Run /connection fix – This will refresh the webhooks for your connection.

2. Ensure the bot has Manage Webhooks permissions in all linked channels.

3. Check if the bot is online.

4. Verify that the channel is still linked using /connection list.

Can I block specific messages from being relayed?

Yes! If you want certain messages not to be sent across servers, you can use:

• The automod system (to block spam, links, or specific words)

• Per-channel filters (coming soon!)

How do I remove a server from my connection?

Use /connection leave in the server you want to remove. This will disconnect the channel from the link while keeping all other channels connected.

Does the bot support image and file relaying?

Yes! The bot can relay images, attachments, and embeds between servers. However, there are some limitations:

• Some large files may fail to relay due to Discord's limits.

• Certain embeds may not be fully replicated due to webhook restrictions.
