# Terms of Service

By using InterServer, you agree to these Terms of Service and our **Privacy Policy**.\
If you **do not agree** with any part of these terms, **do not use the bot**.

To use this bot, you must:

* Be at least **13 years old** (or the minimum age required by Discord's Terms of Service).

* Have the **necessary permissions** to add the bot to a server (if applicable).

✅ You may use the bot for **personal, community, or organizational purposes**.\
❌ You may **not** use the bot for:

* **Spamming, harassment, or abusive behavior**.
* **Automated or malicious activities**, including self-bots or exploits.
* **Violating Discord’s rules**, including but not limited to NSFW content in non-NSFW channels.
* **Abusing premium features**, such as unfairly bypassing limitations.

Failure to comply may result in a **ban from using the bot**.

InterServer offers **premium features** that enhance the user experience.\
By purchasing premium, you acknowledge that:

* **All purchases are final** (unless required by law).
* **Refunds are not guaranteed** unless there is an issue caused by the bot.
* **Premium benefits apply only to the purchaser and/or their linked connections**.
* Abuse of premium features **may result in a loss of premium access**.

We use **Discord’s built-in bot shop** for premium transactions.\
We do **not** collect or store payment information.

* This bot **does not store sensitive personal data**.
* Some data (e.g., messages sent through cross-server chat) may be logged to ensure bot functionality.

* **InterServer is provided "as is"** without any guarantees of uptime, security, or availability.
* We **are not responsible** for any **loss of data, server disruptions, or bot malfunctions**.
* **We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the bot** at any time.

We may update these Terms of Service **at any time**.\
Users will be notified of significant changes through:
