# Privacy Policy

When you use InterServer, we may collect and process the following data:

#### ✅ **Automatically Collected Data**

* **User IDs & Server IDs** → Used for bot functionality, such as linking servers for cross-server messaging or managing premium features.
* **Messages Sent via Cross-Server Chat** → Relayed between linked servers; we do **not** store messages permanently.
* **Command Usage Logs** → Used for troubleshooting and improving the bot.
* **Premium Subscription Data** → If you purchase premium via Discord’s bot shop, we check your premium status but do **not** store payment details.

#### ❌ **We Do NOT Collect**

* **Personal messages (DMs)**
* **Passwords, emails, or sensitive personal data**
* **Stored chat logs outside of temporary processing**

### **2️⃣ How We Use Your Information**

The collected data is used strictly for **bot functionality and improvement**, including:

* **Cross-Server Messaging** → Ensuring messages are correctly relayed.
* **Premium Features** → Checking if a user has an active subscription.
* **Moderation & AutoMod** → Preventing spam and enforcing Discord’s guidelines.
* **Bug Fixing & Troubleshooting** → Identifying and fixing errors.

We **do not** sell or share your data with third parties.

* **Minimal Data Retention**: Most data is stored **only temporarily** while processing messages.
* **Secure Storage**: Any necessary data (e.g., premium status) is stored in **secure databases**.
* **Data Access Restrictions**: Only the bot owner and authorized developers can access logs for debugging purposes.
